Employee compensation & benefits include:

Just Salad is a healthy, fun and delicious fast-casual restaurant brand and New York's favorite destination for fresh, healthy and quick made-to-order meals.  Cattell Street is Just Salad's first franchise partner in the U.S.   Our first location in Raleigh at The Marketplace at Lake Boone opened in July 2019, in January 2020 we opened our second location in Charlotte and in September we will be opening our third location in Chapel Hill.  We will continue to open additional locations in all markets as the demand for fresh, cravable and healthy food continued to grow!
